Himax Technologies, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend for FY2021
May 12, 2022 4:38 AM EDTTAINAN, Taiwan, May 12, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Himax Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: HIMX) (Himax or Company), a leading supplier and fabless manufacturer of display drivers and other semiconductor products, today declared a cash dividend of $1.25 per ADS, equivalent to 62.5 cents per ordinary share, for the year of 2021.
The cash dividend will be payable on July 12, 2022 to all the shareholders of record as of June 30, 2022. The ADS book will be closed for issuance and cancellation from June 23, 2022 to June 30, 2022. Typically, Himax pays out its yearly dividend at approximately the middle of its current calendar...
