XPO Logistics Announces Drew Wilkerson as Chief Executive Officer for Spin-Off
May 9, 2022 4:05 PM EDTGREENWICH, Conn., May 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- XPO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: XPO), a leading provider of freight transportation services, today announced that Drew Wilkerson, currently XPOs president of North American Transportation, will become chief executive officer of the companys planned spin-off of its tech-enabled brokered services platform. Wilkerson will transition to the CEO role with the spin-off, which the company expects to complete in the fourth quarter of this year.
