Denbury Announces $250MM Share Repurchase Authorization

(NYSE: DEN) (Denbury or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program under which the Company may repurchase up to $250 million of its outstanding shares of common stock, which represent more than 7% of Denburys current market capitalization.
