Taitron Announces Special Cash Dividend and Quarterly Cash Dividend
April 29, 2022 4:02 PM EDTLOS ANGELES, April 29, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Taitron Components Incorporated (NASDAQ: TAIT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a one-time special cash dividend of $0.10 per share, in addition to its quarterly cash dividend of $0.045 per share of common stock, both payable on May 31, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2022. The aggregate payment will be $0.145 per share or approximately $852,000.
