Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces First Quarter Earnings and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
April 29, 2022 8:00 AM EDTISELIN, N.J., April 29, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the Company) reported net income of $44.0 million, or $0.58 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2022, as compared to $37.3 million, or $0.49 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended December 31, 2021 and $48.6 million, or $0.63 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2021.
