Griffon Corporation Announces Second Quarter Results
April 28, 2022 8:05 AM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Griffon Corporation (Griffon or the Company) (NYSE: GFF) today reported results for the second quarter of fiscal 2022 ended March 31, 2022.
Revenue for the second quarter totaled $779.6 million, a 36% increase compared to the prior year quarter revenue of $574.7 million. Revenue excluding the Hunter acquisition increased 23% to $708.8 million. Hunter contributed $70.8 million.
Income from continuing operations totaled $58.6 million, or $1.10 per share, compared to $18.1 million, or $0.34 per share, in the prior year quarter.
