CF Industries Holdings, Inc. Announces 33% Increase in Quarterly Dividend
April 27, 2022 4:30 PM EDTDEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF) today reported that its board of directors has declared a $0.40 per share dividend on its common stock, a 33% increase compared to its prior quarterly dividend. The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2022, to stockholders of record as of May 16, 2022.
The dividend increase reflects our confidence in the Companys long-term free cash flow outlook and our commitment to return capital to shareholders, said Tony Will, president and chief executive officer, CF Industries Holdings, Inc.
