VALUE LINE, INC. ANNOUNCES A 13.6% INCREASE IN ITS QUARTERLY CASHÂ DIVIDEND TO $0.25 PER COMMON SHARE; 8TH CONSECUTIVE INCREASE
April 22, 2022 1:30 PM EDTNew York, April 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Value Line, Inc. (NASDAQ: VALU) announced today that its Board of Directors declared on April 22, 2022 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share, payable on May 11, 2022, to stockholders of record on May 2, 2022.  The 2022 increase represents the eighth consecutive year of increases for the 91-year-old investment research icon, and is three times the size of the previous annual increases. On an annualized basis, the new dividend level will reach one dollar per share. The Company has 9,521,327 shares of common stock outstanding as of April 22, 2022.
