ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL) today announced that its Board of Directors approved an increase in the Companys regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.1675 per share of common stock to $0.19 per share of common stock, payable on May 5, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 21, 2022.
