Apellis Pharmaceuticals Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
March 24, 2022 7:00 AM EDTWALTHAM, Mass., March 24, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apellis Pharmaceuticals, Inc., (Nasdaq: APLS), a global biopharmaceutical company and leader in complement, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 7,446,809 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $47.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of $350 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and expenses payable by Apellis.
