(the Bank), today, announced that Michael J. Fitzpatrick, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has announced plans for his retirement effective June 1, 2022. Patrick S. Barrett has been selected by the Companys Board of Directors as Mr. Fitzpatricks successor effective June 2, 2022.
