NewLake Capital Partners Declares First Quarter 2022 Common Stock Dividend
March 15, 2022 4:30 PM EDTNEW CANAAN, Conn., March 15, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NewLake Capital Partners, Inc. (OTCQX: NLCP) (The Company or NewLake), a leading provider of real estate capital to state-licensed cannabis operators, today announced that its board of directors has declared a first quarter 2022 cash dividend of $0.33 per share of common stock.
The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.32 per common share, and is the Companys fourth consecutive quarterly dividend increase. The dividends are payable on April 14, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2022.
