MGM GROWTH PROPERTIES INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND TO AN ANNUALIZED RATE OF $2.12 PER SHARE
March 15, 2022 9:00 AM EDTLAS VEGAS, March 15, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- MGM Growth Properties LLC ("MGP") (NYSE: MGP) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.53 per Class A common share for the first quarter.  On an annualized basis, the dividend of $2.12 represents an increase of $0.02 per share. This is the 16th dividend increase since MGP's initial public offering in April 2016.  The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2022.
