Norwood Financial Corp Announces Cash Dividend
March 11, 2022 4:15 PM ESTHONESDALE, Pa., March 11, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwood Financial Corp (NASDAQ Global Market - NWFL) and its subsidiary Wayne Bank, announced that the Board of Directors has declared a $0.28 per share quarterly cash dividend payable May 2, 2022, to stockholders of record as of April 14, 2022. The $0.28 per share represents an increase of 7.7% over the cash dividend declared in the first quarter of 2021.
