Masonite International Corporation Announces $200 Million Additional Share Repurchase Program Including Intended $100 Million Accelerated Share Repurchase

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Masonite International Corporation (NYSE: DOOR) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a new share repurchase program allowing the Company to repurchase up to an additional $200 million of its outstanding common shares. The new authorization, plus approximately $156 million currently available under its existing share repurchase authorization approved in August 2021, provides the Company with over $350 million available for future share repurchase activity.
