Fidus Investment Corporation Declares First Quarter 2022 Dividend
February 16, 2022 5:00 PM ESTEVANSTON, Ill., Feb. 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fidus Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: FDUS) (Fidus or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors on February 15, 2022 declared a base dividend of $0.36 per share and a supplemental dividend of $0.17 per share using a revised formula for the first quarter of 2022. The Companys dividends will be payable on March 25, 2022 to stockholders of record as of March 11, 2022.
