February 15, 2022 4:00 PM ESTGLENVILLE, N.Y., Feb. 15, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of TrustCo Bank Corp NY (TrustCo, Nasdaq: TRST) on February 15, 2022 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share, or $1.40 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable on April 1, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2022. TrustCo has paid a cash dividend every year since 1904.
