Modiv Inc. Announces Pricing of a Public Offering of Common Stock

(Modiv), an internally managed real estate investment trust that acquires, owns and manages single-tenant net-lease industrial, retail and office real estate with a focus on strategically important and mission critical properties, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 40,000 shares of its Class C Common Stock at a price to the public of $25.00 per share.
