The Ensign Group Reports Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2021 Results; Issues 2022 Guidance
February 9, 2022 4:16 PM ESTSAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, Calif., Feb. 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Ensign Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign(TM) group of companies, which provide post-acute healthcare services and invest in the long-term healthcare industry, primarily in skilled nursing and senior living facilities, announced operating results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2021, reporting GAAP diluted earnings per share of $0.86 and $3.42 for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2021, respectively. Ensign reported a record adjusted earnings per share(1) of $0.97 and $3.64 for the quarter and the 2021 year, respectively.
