Carpenter Technology Reports Second Quarter Fiscal Year 2022 Results
February 2, 2022 8:00 AM ESTPHILADELPHIA, Feb. 02, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Carpenter Technology Corporation (NYSE: CRS) (the Company) today announced financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended December 31, 2021. For the quarter, the Company reported a net loss of $29.4 million, or $0.61 loss per diluted share. Excluding the special item, adjusted loss per diluted share was $0.58 for the quarter.
