February 1, 2022 4:21 PM ESTHARRISBURG, Pa., Feb. 01, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (Mid Penn) (NASDAQ: MPB), the parent company of Mid Penn Bank (the Bank) and MPB Financial Services, LLC, today reported net income available to common shareholders (earnings) for the year ended December 31, 2021 of $29,319,000 or $2.71 per common share basic and diluted compared to earnings of $26,209,000 or $3.11 per common share basic and $3.10 per common share diluted for the year ended December 31, 2020.
