Williams Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend
February 1, 2022 1:26 PM ESTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.425 per share, or $1.70 annualized, on the companys common stock, payable on March 28, 2022, to holders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2022.
This is a 3.7% increase from Williams first-quarter 2021 quarterly dividend of $.41 per share, paid in March 2021.
