Mission Valley Bancorp Reports Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2021 Results and Announces Cash Dividend
January 31, 2022 6:00 AM ESTSUN VALLEY, Calif., Jan. 31, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Mission Valley Bancorp (OTCQX: MVLY, "Mission Valley", or the "Company") announced today net income of $5.0 million, or $1.50 per diluted share, for the year ended December 31, 2021, compared to net income of $2.3 million, or $0.71 per diluted share, for the year ended December 31, 2020. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2021 was $0.9 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, compared to net income of $1.1 million, or $0.33 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2020.
