LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (Axos), parent company of Axos Bank (the Bank), today announced unaudited financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2021. Net income was $60.8 million, an increase of 11.0% from $54.8 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. Earnings per diluted share was $1.00, an increase of $0.09, or 9.9%, as compared to earnings per diluted share of $0.91 for the three months ended December 31, 2020.
