Valley National Bancorp Reports Increased Fourth Quarter Net Income, Strong Organic Loan Growth and Net Interest Margin
January 27, 2022 7:30 AM ESTNEW YORK, Jan. 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Valley National Bancorp (NASDAQ:VLY), the holding company for Valley National Bank, today reported net income for the fourth quarter 2021 of $115.0 million, or $0.27 per diluted common share, as compared to the fourth quarter 2020 earnings of $105.4 million, or $0.25 per diluted common share, and net income of $122.6 million, or $0.29 per diluted common share, for the third quarter 2021.
