SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- F5, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) today announced the appointment of James Phillips, President, Digital Transformation Platform Group at Microsoft, to its board of directors. Phillips, 55, joins F5s board effective January 5, 2022, and will sit on F5s Nominating and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee.
