Justworks Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
January 4, 2022 8:00 AM ESTNEW YORK, Jan. 4, 2022 /PRNewswire/ --Â Justworks, Inc. ("Justworks"), a cloud-based software platform that gives small and medium-sized businesses access to benefits, payroll, human resources, and compliance support, today announced the launch of its initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. Justworks expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to buy an additional 1,050,000 shares of its Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
