Preferred Bank Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend
December 22, 2021 6:13 PM ESTLOS ANGELES, Dec. 22, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Preferred Bank (NASDAQ: PFBC), one of the largest independent commercial banks in California, today reported that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.43 per share, payable on January 21, 2022 to holders of record on January 7, 2022. This dividend represents an increase of 13.2% over the previous dividend level of $0.38 per share.
