Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. Raises the 2021 Fourth-Quarter Cash Dividend Payment by 11.8% Over the Same Quarter Last Year to $0.19 per share
December 17, 2021 12:26 PM ESTARCHBOLD, Ohio, Dec. 17, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with total assets of $2.22 billion at September 30, 2021, today announced that it has approved an 11.8% year-over-year increase in the Companys quarterly cash dividend.
The new cash dividend has been raised to $0.19 per share from the previous dividend of $0.18 and represents the second quarterly increase this year in the Companys regular dividend. The fourth quarter dividend is payable on January 20, 2022, to shareholders of record... More
