December 9, 2021 8:00 AM ESTNEW YORK, Dec. 09, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mobiquity Technologies, Inc.(NASDAQ: MOBQ) (the Company), a leading provider of next-generation advertising, announced today an underwritten public offering of units for gross proceeds of approximately $10.3 million, prior to deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by the company and excluding any exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase any additional securities as described herein.
