PS Business Parks, Inc. Announces Special Dividend to Be Paid in the Fourth Quarter 2021
December 1, 2021 4:05 PM ESTGLENDALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PS Business Parks, Inc. (NYSE: PSB) today announced that its Board of Directors recently declared a one-time dividend of $4.60 per share of common stock, payable on December 30, 2021 to stockholders of record on December 15, 2021. This one-time dividend distribution will be paid in addition to the previously announced quarterly dividend of $1.05 per share of common stock, also payable on December 30, 2021 to stockholders of record on December 15, 2021.
