Steel Dynamics Announces Appointment of New Board Member

FORT WAYNE, Ind., Nov. 24, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- (NASDAQ/GS: STLD) Steel Dynamics, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Luis M. Sierra as an independent member of the Company's Board of Directors. The appointment is for the balance of a one-year term ending May 2022, coinciding with the Company's regularly scheduled Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Mr. Luis Sierra, age 58, will serve as an independent director of Steel Dynamics and will also serve as a member of the Steel Dynamics Compensation Committee.
