Tilly’s, Inc. Declares Special Dividend of $1.00 per Share
November 19, 2021 4:05 PM ESTIRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tillys, Inc. (NYSE: TLYS, the Company) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share, or approximately $31 million in the aggregate, on the Companys outstanding Class A and Class B common stock. This one-time, special dividend is payable on December 15, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2021. The Company cannot guarantee any future dividends.
