City Holding Company Increases Quarterly Dividend On Common Shares
November 19, 2021 12:30 PM ESTCHARLESTON, W.Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- City Holding Company, the Company (NASDAQ: CHCO), a $6.0 billion bank holding company headquartered in Charleston, on November 16, 2021 declared a dividend of 60 cents per common share for shareholders of record as of January 14, 2022. The dividend is payable on January 31, 2022. The dividend represents a 3.45% increase from the 58 cents per share cash dividend paid in the third quarter of 2021.
