United-Guardian Declares Record Dividend
November 18, 2021 9:00 AM ESTHAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Nov. 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United-Guardian, Inc. (NASDAQ: UG) announced today that the company's Board of Directors, at its meeting on November 16, 2021, declared a cash dividend of $0.65 per share, which will be paid on December 7, 2021, to all stockholders of record on November 29, 2021.
