Atea Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AVIR) 9.8% LOWER; announced that the strategic collaboration pursuant to which it was jointly developing AT-527 for the treatment of COVID-19 with Roche will be terminating. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted by Atea to Roche under the strategic collaboration will be returned to Atea, and Atea will have full rights to continue the clinical development and future commercialization of AT-527 worldwide.

November 16, 2021 4:05 PM ESTViewRay, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRAY), maker of the MRIdian, which combines MRI and external-beam radiation therapy to simultaneously image and treat cancer patients, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. In addition, ViewRay expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
