Regeneron Announces $3 Billion Share Repurchase Program
November 12, 2021 4:11 PM ESTTARRYTOWN, N.Y., Nov. 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: REGN) today announced that its Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program of up to $3 billion of the Company's outstanding common stock.
"With the strength of our balance sheet and our business, we see this as an opportunity to continue to invest in Regeneron," said Robert E. Landry, Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Regeneron.
