DoorDash (DASH) Stock Soars on Sales Beat, Raised Guidance and $8.1 Billion Deal to Buy European Delivery Platform Wolt
November 10, 2021 7:00 AM ESTShares of DoorDash (NYSE: DASH) are up about 17% in pre-open Wednesday after the delivery company announced its Q3 results and a deal to acquire a Finnish delivery platform for around $8.1 billion.
DASH reported Q3 EPS of ($0.30), lower than the analyst estimate of ($0.28). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.28 billion to beat the consensus estimate of $1.17 billion. Adjusted EBITDA came in at $86 million in Q3.
DoorDash is calling for adjusted EBITDA between $0 million and $100 million in the fourth quarter.
