Investors Title Company Board Declares Special Cash Dividend and Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 8, 2021 4:45 PM ESTCHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Investors Title Company (Nasdaq: ITIC) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $18.00 per share to shareholders of record on December 1, 2021, payable December 15, 2021. The special dividend will be funded through existing cash balances.
The Board also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.46 per share to shareholders of record December 1, 2021, payable on December 15, 2021.
