Huron Announces Third Quarter 2021 Financial Results and Updates 2021 Guidance

Revenues increased $18.7 million, or 9.1%, to $224.0 million in Q3 2021 from $205.3 million in Q3 2020. Net income from continuing operations increased $2.6 million, or 23.8%, to $13.7 million in Q3 2021 from $11.1 million in Q3 2020. Adjusted EBITDA(8), a non-GAAP measure, increased $2.8 million, or 12.0% to $26.4 million in Q3 2021 from $23.6 million in Q3 2020. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations increased $0.14, or 28.0%, to $0.64 in Q3 2021 from $0.50 in Q3 2020.
