Easterly Government Properties (DEA) Reports Q3 FFO of $0.31
November 2, 2021 6:44 AM EDTEasterly Government Properties (NYSE: DEA) reported Q3 FFO of $0.31, versus $0.30 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $69.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $69.5 million.
GUIDANCE:
Easterly Government Properties sees FY2021 FFO of $1.30-$1.32.
