Bay Community Bancorp Reports Third Quarter 2021 Earnings of $1.57 Million; Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.04 Per Share
November 1, 2021 9:00 AM EDTOAKLAND, Calif., Nov. 01, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bay Community Bancorp, (OTCPink: CBOBA) (the Company), parent company of Community Bank of the Bay, (the Bank) a San Francisco Bay Area commercial bank with full-service offices in Oakland, Danville and San Mateo, today reported earnings increased 26.4% to $1.57 million for the third quarter of 2021, compared to $1.24 million for the third quarter of 2020. Strong core loan and deposit growth and interest and fee income from the Small Business Administration's (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans contributed to profitability for the quarter.
