Valley National Bancorp Reports a 20 Percent Increase in Third Quarter Net Income, Solid Net Interest Margin and Non-PPP Loan Growth
October 28, 2021 8:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Valley National Bancorp (NASDAQ:VLY), the holding company for Valley National Bank, today reported net income for the third quarter 2021 of $122.6 million, or $0.29 per diluted common share, as compared to the third quarter 2020 earnings of $102.4 million, or $0.25 per diluted common share, and net income of $120.5 million, or $0.29 per diluted common share, for the second quarter 2021.
