Marathon Oil Corporation Declares Third Quarter 2021 Dividend
October 27, 2021 5:28 PM EDTHOUSTON, Oct. 27, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE: MRO) announced today that the Company's board of directors has declared a dividend of 6 cents per share on Marathon Oil Corporation common stock. This represents a 20% increase from the Company's last quarterly base dividend payment of 5 cents per share. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2021, to stockholders of record on November 17, 2021.
