Kearny Financial Corp. Reports Fiscal 2022 First Quarter Results and 10% Increase in Cash Dividend
October 27, 2021 4:15 PM EDTFAIRFIELD, N.J., Oct. 27, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kearny Financial Corp. (NASDAQ GS: KRNY) (the Company), the holding company of Kearny Bank (the Bank), reported net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 of $19.7 million, or $0.26 per diluted share, compared to $18.5 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share, payable on November 24, 2021 to stockholders of record as of November 10, 2021. This dividend represents an increase of $0.01, or 10%, from the prior quarters dividend of... More
