United Rentals Announces Third Quarter 2021 Results and Raises Full-Year Guidance
October 27, 2021 4:15 PM EDTSTAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) today announced financial results for the third quarter of 2021. As further described below, the company raised its full-year 2021 guidance for total revenue and adjusted EBITDA. The company also raised its full-year guidance for net rental capital expenditures after gross purchases and, to a lesser extent, for net cash provided by operating expenses, which resulted in a reduction in its free cash flow guidance (excluding the impact of merger and restructuring related payments).
