DLocal Limited Announces Proposed Secondary Offering
October 18, 2021 4:13 PM EDTMONTEVIDEO, Uruguay, Oct. 18, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DLocal Limited (dLocal, we, us, and our) (NASDAQ: DLO) announced today the commencement of an underwritten public offering of 16,000,000 Class A common shares which are being offered by certain selling shareholders pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In connection with the offering, the selling shareholders intend to grant the underwriters the option to purchase up to 2,400,000 additional Class A common shares.
