Oshkosh Corporation Announces Fiscal Year Change and Provides Business Update
October 8, 2021 6:49 AM EDTOSHKOSH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK), a leading innovator of mission-critical vehicles and essential equipment, is making two announcements this morning.
Fiscal Year Change
The Companys Board of Directors approved a change in the Companys fiscal year to a calendar year beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31, effective for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2022 (Calendar 2022).
