PITTSBURGH & CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Kraft Heinz Company (Nasdaq: KHC) (Kraft Heinz) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Companhia Hemmer Indústria e Comércio (Hemmer), a Brazilian company focused on condiments and sauces.
