(Nasdaq: LPTX), a biotechnology company focused on developing targeted and immuno-oncology therapeutics, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.85 per share and of pre-funded warrants to purchase shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $2.849 per pre-funded warrant, which represents the per share public offering price for the common stock less the $0.001 per share exercise price for each pre-funded warrant.
